How We Serve

Roman Mann

Founder & CEO · U.S. Army Veteran

Roman Mann served 10 years in the U.S. Army as a 35M Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collector — a role built on elite-level pattern recognition, source assessment, and high-stakes decision-making under pressure. After leaving service, Roman channeled those same skills into the financial markets, developing the Mann Method: a rules-based trading system built on Smart Money Concepts and institutional market behavior. A 30+ year Shihan (Master Teacher) in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, Roman brings a warrior's philosophy to everything he teaches.

Jaclyn Mann

Co-Founder · U.S. Marine Corps Veteran

Jaclyn Mann is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and the operational heart of the Mann-Kind Foundation. Her commitment to service didn't end when she took off the uniform. As co-founder, Jaclyn leads community outreach, event coordination, and program delivery — ensuring every veteran who walks through our doors is met with the dignity and support they deserve.

Our Purpose

Why We Built This

After watching fellow veterans struggle financially — not because they lacked discipline, but because no one gave them access to the right systems — Roman and Jaclyn knew something had to change.

The gap wasn't motivation. It was access. Access to financial education. Access to real trading tools. Access to a community that understands the veteran mindset.

The Mann-Kind Foundation was built to permanently close that gap.

How We Serve

Service First

Everything we do flows from the belief that those who sacrificed for this country deserve every resource we can provide.

Discipline & Structure

We bring military-grade accountability to financial education. Structure is not a burden — it is the path to freedom.

Community Over Competition

Veterans don't leave each other behind. Our programs are built around brotherhood, sisterhood, and shared mission.

Real Results

We measure success by independence achieved — not certificates issued.
